Child Safety Standards

NovaRise Solutions is committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse and exploitation. We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on any of our websites, products, or services. This page outlines the standards we follow and how to report concerns.

1. Our commitment

• We do not allow any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits or endangers children.
• We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including reporting obligations to relevant authorities.
• Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated, drawn, or animated depictions.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or any other form of exploitation of minors.
• Sharing or linking to platforms, communities, or content that promote the above.

3. Prevention measures

• Internal review of user-submitted content received through our contact and request forms.
• Staff awareness on identifying and escalating suspected CSAE.
• Immediate removal of any reported violating content and permanent restriction of the responsible account.
• Reporting confirmed CSAE to local law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

4. Reporting a concern

If you encounter content or behavior that may exploit or endanger a child on any NovaRise Solutions service, please report it to us immediately. We treat every report seriously and confidentially.

In an emergency, or if a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first. You can also report CSAE directly to NCMEC CyberTipline.

We review and update these standards as our services evolve and as best practices change. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
